Leadership

Richard A. Lazar, Chief Executive Officer


Richard Lazar is a long-time entrepreneur who has built and managed technology companies from start-up to national expansion. He previously served as CEO of a number of investor-backed companies including a top-tier electronic discovery technology company, a GIS mapping software company and a healthcare technology company. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree (Cornelius Honor Society) from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from the University of Oregon.


David Ullman, Chief Scientist


David Ullman is a nationally recognized expert, author, lecturer and consultant in the field of uncertainty in decision-making. He invented RDI's underlying decision support engine and algorithms in 2002 with SBIR/DoD grant funding. David holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, and Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is also an Emeritus Professor of Mechanical Engineering Design at Oregon State University and a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.


David Nason, Chief Operating Officer / Chief Technology Officer


David Nason is a proven leader in dynamic, high-growth software companies. With success at early-stage companies as well as multi-national corporations including Microsoft and Packard Bell NEC, he has more than 25 years of experience as an executive and senior technologist. His skills include developing robust, scalable information technology products, and designing and managing software development lifecycles from inception to delivery. David was educated at Carnegie Mellon University, and is an author and inventor on more than 50 patent applications. To date, 24 U.S. patents and 10 international patents have been granted.
