When used in job matching tools, RDI Labs' patented/patent-pending and pioneering query and data ranking methods help recruiters and candidates find the most relevant targets. I was a principal developer working on HDR Capture. HDR Capture was developed in Qt on Cygwin, processing RAW and HD images captured and transported through generic and camera-specific APIs.
